Lee Gelatt Photography captures the richness of human experience and the beauty of our natural world.
Lee is a former math and science teacher, Bureau of Land Management and National Park Service ranger and has long been intrigued with photography. His eye for composition developed at a young age in Northern California and has matured as his life unfolds in Colorado.
Passionate about protecting nature, he has worked with Colorado Environmental Coalition and Western Colorado Congress. He enjoys photographing outdoor adventures and is a veteran river runner, skier, hiker, and bicyclist.
Clients include The Nature Conservancy, One Riverfront, National Park Service, Grand Valley Magazine, Mesa Land Trust, Moab Sun News, and Colorado Life magazine. His work has been shown in Mesa County at Aspen Photo Art Gallery, The Front Porch Gallery, Fruita Community Center, and Grand Valley Books.
Whether it be a special event, school portrait, product promotion, or scenic landscape, Lee will capture the moment.
